Global Hunger Index

Global Hunger Index is a tool that measures and tracks hunger at global, regional, and national levels. The GHI is calculated annually, and its results appear in a report issued in October each year. Created in 2006, the GHI measures hunger based on the values of four component indicators, on a 100 – point scale, with 0 being the best score (no hunger) and 100 being the worst.
